Why are we in such a hurry?

"I have to go. I am too busy. I don't have time." I hear these sentences all the time and in my judgement they are far from the truth. I get it, really I do, the human race is on and if we allow it to take over our life it will.

Time is what we make of it and what we choose of it. One of the inevitable truths in our daily experience is that we always have 24 hours, which is 1440 minutes or 86,400 seconds in every day. Too busy... we are always busy. No matter what we fill our busy day with, every second gets eaten up. Some days we choose to sleep in, others we choose to exercise or get adjusted, and some times we use our day by procrastinating. Yet, the one inevitable truth is that we use every second. And we always have time.

Schedules are starting to form for the fall and winter. What are you making of your time? Are you taking care of your life or are you letting life take care of you. In this season of transition, take time out to see what serves you in life and make the most out of your time. Slow the human race down to ensure the being part of life gets attention in your personal human being. Do your best to take life in and make it a great day!
